Agricultural Territories of Bashkortostan: Typologies And Models of Development

The role of villages’ territories in a society development is not revaluend. In tensif ying negative demographical tendentions, high level of secret unemployment, the poverty of village people, and rise to unsociability of scientific methods of effective regional scientific policy. One of the scientific problem whatneeds the first action is the typology of agricultural territories. Only taking into account the tendentions of tupological groups of agricultural territories is possible to define rational regional economical policy. The given method to know the conformities of development of typological groups of agricultural territories and exploitation of system correlative models of poverty level prognosis in it can highly change the scientific validity of unhappy development programs of villages territories of Bashkortostan The comparison of realization possibilities in the region of two alternative models of agricultural territories development (mono- and polyfunctional) shows that they add each other not exclude.
