Necessity of investments into agrarian sector of economy

The important condition of the organisation of an effective agricultural production – optimum formation and rational use of material base. However the technics available in the Penza region has physical deterioration of 70-85 %. Attraction and use of investments in the given direction is one of the main tasks of an agrarian policy of region. For replenishment of mashinno-tractor park to standard level it is required investments into the sum 44,9 млрд rbl.
