Article is devoted to questions of financial maintenance of a notariate abroad. Features of financing of a notariate in the countries concerning two basic legal systems of the present (English-Saxon and Romano-German) are defined. Considering representation of the Russian Federation in EvrAzEs, experience of financial maintenance of a notariate in the community countries-participants is analysed. In the end of article the estimation of economic efficiency of functioning of a notariate in the countries continental and a general law is given, and the considered material is generalised in the form of short conclusions.
