Re-structuring of activity of the organization is considered as complete system, in re-structuring which a problem should provide possibility of realization of the purposes of its carrying out, with a concrete definition of separate actions for re-structuring. The Author offers the structure of its elements with allocation of factors, subjects, functional spheres, the purposes and problems of re-structuring, its forms and kinds, and also algorithm of carrying out is offered. The attention is focused on most significant of the factors confirming possibility of use of re-structuring as the integrating administrative tool of organizational transformations. The analysis of factors of uncertainty of the environment, causing necessity of carrying out of re-structuring is made.
