The positions of the theory of competitiveness and competitive advantages are specified in the article; the analysis of competitive advantages of the Joint-stock company «Factory «Saranskkabel» is also carried out; the competitive advantages of the given enterprise on goods markets cables and wires production are revealed; the new methodical approach to formation of strategy of increase of competitiveness of an industrial enterprise is developed too; and competitive strategy of focusing of clientele as the most preferable to the given object of research is offered.
