The basic model which is based interaction of elements of sphere of the industry and the market of educational services is considered. It is brought to a focus to features of the intellectual capital, and also ability of economy to create and effectively to use such capital. The innovations directed on reception and accumulation of new knowledge and their as much as possible effective export to industrial and social environments are investigated. The basic tendency of economy of knowledge as direct productive force where the key role is played with adequacy of industrial sectors is revealed.
