In article realisation possibilities in food sector of the Kabardino-Balkarian republic as major direction in maintenance of a sustainable development of economy of region are proved. The estimation of interrelation and interdependence of the basic economic indicators of an agricultural production, the enterprises food and region process industry in which result necessity of application technologies in management of development of a food complex of republic is proved is given.
