In article theoretical aspects of formation regional bank on the basis of synthesis, tactical, corporate and approaches and use of principles theories are considered. Definition regional bank is made. Advantages of the organisation regional bank for its participants are considered. The system of principles of the organisation regional bank кластера is developed. The typology regional bank with allocation of signs of classification and criteria of identification of types is offered.
