Social Reproduction Approach to Regional Management

The article studies problems of reproductive approach implementation at developing region as a unified social and economical system. It gives a system of main theoretical and methodological approaches to separating a region as a subject and object of management, basic efatures of each approach are defined. The article proves the priority role of region as a territorial system providing the whole cycle of social and demographic reproduction based on regional resources usage; the need to enhance the regional innovational sensitivity is discussed, regarding it as a mechanism of levelling the regional development.
