The article analyses the demographic situation in the country, within the Demographical Policy Concept of the Russian Federation up to 2025. The performed analysis of correlations, regressions and dispersion provided results showing that the chosen concept of demographic situation stimulation in Russia and the concept implementation should be different for different federal districts or even areas of the Russian Federation with regard to the current conditions, existing tendencies and traditions among the public.
