Creating Investment Policy in the Russian Regions and Locations (Volgograd Region as an example)

The article presents the indicators of Volgograd city and region investment climate. It describes the dynamics of investments into the region. It gives detailed piture of the region's investment policy. It also analyses the federal and local projects implemented in the Volgograd region. Having analysed the available data, the author came to conclusion that the regional investment policy is determined by a number of factors.
