Business Incubator as the Main Part of the Regional Innovational System: Analysis of Foreign and Local Experience

This article reviews the results of Russian and foreign work and describes pratical aspects of organizing the business incubators within the regional innovative infrastructure. The importance of this form of enterprise in the progress of regional innovational infrastructure is shown. The article also depicts the main prerequisites of sucsessfull implementation of a business incubator project in today's economical environment. It specifies some of the Southern Federal Disctrict economical and managerial idiosyncrasies that influence the business incubation in this region.
