The article gives a scientifically proved analysis of modern approaches to evaluating the road building complex efficiency on regional level. Special attention is paid to identifying the environmental influences effects on te road building complex and to monitoring the consequences and the results of strategic descisions and programmes in the road building policy. The article covers the questions of modelling the evaluation systems for analysing the regional road buildingого complex efficiency based on multiple criteria.
