Analysis of Grain-Growing Efficiency for Better Crops Management in Orlov Region

Grain industry is one of the main in the agrarian sector of Orlov region economy in terms of strategic, social and economical importance, as well as the amount of human, material and finance resources involved. Its condition determines the availability of bread, meat and other foods in the region. The article contemplates some methods of evaluating the grain industry efficiency, helping to put aside the sales process and to determine the grain market regulation tools and measures for each region separately.
