The article is dedicated to theoretical aspects of state corporation participance in building a distribution industry for the folc crafts products in Russia, and to analysis of the federal practical activities. It studies the crafts problems, analyses the companies' business results in respect of distribution net development in Russia. It advices on further industry development by means of creating a federal corporation.
