Methodology of Coordinating the Federal and Regional Taxation Policies

The article proves the urgent need for better tax income management. It analyses the main approaches to coordinating the federal and the regional taxation policies. It stated that the multiple methods of the tax money distribution between the budgets on differet levels of the Russian budget system does not help increase the inpayments to the local budgets, while the expenses grow.
