The article studies the problems of balancing the ecological and economical relations. It aalyses the ecologic expediency as a measure of minimal resource, sufficient maintannance and necessary renewal if the regional potential. This measure can be calculated, to show that any economic influence on the agro-ecosystem is acceptable only in case of overall ecologic stability of the magnification factors.
