It is the joint innovative activities of the enterpreneurs, businesses and state that provides today the national economy competitive ability in the global market. To work together in the innovative sector, we need to use the net model of innovative activities able to cover the whole range of interactions between the innovative activities participants. The innovative economic progress triggers the rapid development of such a net model.
