Competitive Ability of the Regional Job Market Potential

This article studies the concept of the regional job market competitive ability, analyses the urgency of such a research, describes the dynamics of the farming-involved population in the Marii-El Republi, and reveals the resources for creating a job market potential; it also studies quantitative charcteristics of the job market potential in the Republic. It offers a system of coefficients for estimatign the job market potential competitive abilityи, and reveals one of the main ways of increasing the job market potential competitive abilityи in the region: i.e. postgraduate courses and continuing education for both general specialties, public service and executives.
