The article is dedicated to condition and problems of the financial resources management in the Komi Republic industry. It reveals the main tendencies of forming and using the industrial financial resources in Komi in 2004-2007; it also offers a typoligy of businesses and classifies them according to the type groups. In view of their characteristics and tendencies, the priority directions of the regional industrial policy are specified.
