In market conditions, one of the key questions of the corporate management is development of a strategic policy for competitive environment. Thus, a need emerges to monitor the condition of industiral and trade policy of the companies in a dynamic business cionditions. It is necessaty to study the characteristics of industrial and trade policy of the businesses both in Russia in general, and in different regions in the current unstable economical environment, to determine the priority development directions for the market participants. The article offers an algorythm of monitoring the industrial and trade policy of businesses, and describes the results of its implementation.
