The article is dedicated to principles of standardization of the state financial control in innovational economy progress. This research field is urgent due to the fact that at implementing the systematic state innovational policy the steps taken and the federal budget expenses cause the desired growth of innovative activities. The role of the state in this, the way it participates in the innovational development and the importance of the state finance can differ. Thus, obnjectives and forms of the financial control differ too. The research is designed to specify scientific ideas and methodology of the financial control in innovational economy progress.
