Having analysed the theoretical sources, we revealed that the best prospects for industrial progress, its modernization and re-equipment in agrarian industry, is using the methods of investment projects. The conditions of work are defined, as well as the modern level of resources efficiency in the analysed area. The article gives a detailed explanation on an investment project for equipment modernization, involving financial invesments.
