Manpower potential in mining regions

The article focuses on the analysis of the social and economic situation of a local territory; the current demographic situation; and the labor market; the influence of national measure and living standards indicators, and the increase of municipal income on the manpower potential. The results of the study and the public opinion poll show that there are a number of significant social and economic problems that are not solved yet. Among them there are lack of well-paid jobs, high crime rate, unavailability of modern medical care, etc.
