Small business development in the Belgorod region in the light of the Russian tendencies analysis

The authors analyse the performance of small business in the Belgorod region and state that there is no great increase thereof whatsoever. This means that the reserves of further development are used inefficiently. The process can be sped up only by means of a number of steps and arrangements focused on sustainable and efficient development of the regional business. They will underlie the medium-term plan (3-5 years) of improving the environment for small business development in the region.
