Increase of efficiency of technical service in agriculture of the Nizhniy Novgorod region will strengthen material base

In a transition period on market economy in agriculture of the Nizhniy Novgorod district the tendency of weakening of material base, in connection with sharp reduction of purchase of techniques by producers of agricultural products, and also undeveloped technical service in a countryside is obviously run over. It is necessary to take urgent measures to correct the created situation in an agroindustrial sector of the country. The special government program is necessary for this purpose.
