Steady social and economic development of municipal union can be reached through development of enterprise sector on the basis of natural and intellectual resources within the limits of private-municipal partnership. In article possibility of formation of independent additional sources of incomes and accumulation of money resources in municipal unions within the limits of the current legislation is substantiated.
