The article is devoted to the problems of creation the government support for small and medium-size business at the regional level, and the priorities of regional policy in this field.
Actuality of the given direction of research deals with a fact that the present condition of small and medium-size business is characterized by the lack of legal base, administrative barriers, the absence of free access to financial resources, difficulty access to markets and the lack of public protection of rights and interests of enterprisers.
