Managing regional social and economic systems proceeding based on integral marketing

The article studies the monitoring and organization of regional marketing management programs for the purpose of revealing the most socially and economically efficient ways to make managerial decisions at the regional level. The authors makes a conclusion about the urgency of using integral marketing in regional social and economic systems in terms of the world economy integration. They also argue that notwithstanding the successful performance of local authorities one cannot report on the creation of all the necessary prerequisites for using marketing advantages to develop the real sector of economy, as well as for making structural transformations in the regional industry.
