The article studies the ways of solving the set problem of public health by means of taking steps to optimize food structure. Michurinsk of the Tambov region, the historic center of domestic gardening, has been enjoying unique conditions therefore since 30-s of the XX century. There is a complex of research, educational and industrial facilities that possess a certain material and technical and methodological basis, as well as a scientific potential to solve the issue. The author describes agricultural and industrial park ensuring nonstop operation and continuous food production, and immediate response to market and personal needs; and this one shall be one of the most efficient ways of science towns’ employment, as well as the way of selling the teamwork results.
