Biological resources maintaining for the purpose of sustainable development of the macroregion on the Far East coast

The article deals with the issues of biological resources maintenance, which stimulates sustainable development of the macroregion for years to come. Among the main prerequisites therefor there are efficient pouring of revenues gained from exhaustible resources if they are withdrawn not faster than susbstituted with renewable ones in the core of the economy; careful use of renewable resources if they are withdrawn not faster than restored; and maintaining of biological variety and renewable resources for future civilizations. The author argues that coast ecosystems are of special nature, developing under peculiar conditions where territorial and subaqueous basins merge.
