Efficient planning system in the regional agroindustrial complex

The article deals with the implementation of target planning system in the Orel region; it includes target programs stimulating the efficiency of different agricultural industries and promoting the stability of the countriside. The author focuses on the main lines of the Regional program of agricultural development and regulation of markets of agricultural products, raw materials and food for the period from 2008 till 2012. The article also analyses the ways to improve the planning systems in the regional agroindustrial complex.
