The article deals with the theoretical basis of the restoration and the logistic management thereof of the Chechen tourism and recreation complex. Statistic data quoted in the article show the structural disproportion of the economy of the Chechen Republic in the Soviet period and its monoindustrial nature related to oil production. The current unemployment leads to the fact that overall development of the tourism and recreation complex, and small business related thereto should stimulate the process of overcoming the depression and crisis in the Chechen Republic and its national economy revival.
