Pursuing non-tax policies at the regional level

The article deals with the results of the study meant to assess the capabilities of the local authorities to promote the regional economic development pursuing non-tax policies. The author dwells on the study mechanism and its results, and draws a conclusion that such method of public management of regional economy is efficient and promising.
