The article discusses the urgent questions of risk-lowering tools the federal government uses to aid the Russian farming. Experience shows that the countries participants of the EU perfer the following tools of agricultural policy: market price support, production amount limits, direct profit support, using the state credit facilities, agricultural consulting.
