The article proves the possibility and the need to create and development the clusters in Chukotka Autonomous Area, as means of providing the consistent social and economical growth of the Chukotka Autonomous Area. The type, characteristics and contents of the ChAA regional cluster are defined. The author offers an organizational structure for the regional cluster management.
