The article provides scientific basis, describes urgent problems and the main development mechanisms for the countryside infrastructure, based on systematic cross-industry approach and innovative principles. The modern experience in developing the industrial, engineering and social infrastructure for different industries in the countryside of Central, North-West and Southern Federal Districts suggests several promising models of developing the infrastructure in different regional conditions.
