The author defines the target and expediency of the natural resources cadaster evaluation within the ecologic regulations of resources and areas development, for defining the type of limiting, licensing, organizing the productive facilities, implementing the investment target programmes, changing the taxation structure and basis, evaluating the ecologic harm due to industrial activities, resources saving, intelligent nature development and environment protection, proving the sanitarian and ecological security at creating a srategy for consistent social and economical development, with the lands cadaster evaluation as a example.
