Imperatives of Innovative Development of Regional Economical System

One of the main criterion of the regional innovative processes development is the inherrent motivation of the market participants to engage into innovative activities. At designing the nethods of stimulating the innovative processes, the authors offer to coordinate the social, personal, organizational and economical motivation methods and the level of the regional system sensitivity to the innovative changes. They state that stimulating the regional sensitivity to innovations is one of the major tasks for both federal and regional government, and for corporate management.
