The article offers to create a market model of the real insuranse development in the region, impossible without the efficient mediation system. Modernizatin should be based on creating and comprehensive development of the mechanism that is almost not present in our market, the mechanism of professional interaction between the insurance service consumers and providers. The article studies the role of professional insurance brokers and advisors as priority market participants able to modernize the insurance interactions in the Russian insurance market.
