The article studies the social and economical consequences of the modern migration processes in Kyrgyzstan. It studies the consequeces for both Kyrgyzstan and Russia, where the main migration flows are directed to from the republic. It shows the negative for Kyrgyzstan effects of the Russian-speakers emigration and the positive effects of the locals' migration to Russia in search of jobs. The authors regard the migration from Kyrgyzstan as a positive factor for Russia. It provides the RF with cheap low-abiding labour resources and tempers the impact of demographic crisis.
