Efficient regulation of the social and economical processes in different regions and in the whole country depend, for one part, on the availability of means for monitoring the social indicators and the management systems for their optimization, thus requiring to develop the means of formal description of both the social development indicators and their growth management processes. The article offers the main principles of the social and economical growth stategic management.
