Large-scale reforms in the country, including those in finance and budget sector, require relevant modernisation of the whole system of federal and lical financial control. Perfecting the control and revision system in a Russian region sould be targeted to better coordination of its organization, structure, level and forms of relations with other state control bodies and personnel.
