The article studies certain theoretical and practical aspects of job and education market development. The article gives a definition of the job market, describes its major elements and main quantitative and qualitative tendencies in education and in forming and realising the human resources. It also gives pactical advice and recommendations for modernising the professional education with regard to expected demand in the regional job market and higher efficiency of the vocational guidance in Krasnodar region.
