Innovative Aspects of Northen Russian Regions Development

The article studies a wide range of questions on analysing the problems and on prospects of transferring the countries and regions to innovative type of development, and also conceptual models, strategies of industrial development uin the North regions that can be also adapted for the other regions with mineral resources potential. It shows that the modern economy model based on knoledge and innovations can not form and work efficiently without being structurally balanced and including different economical systems in right proportions.
