Restructuring of the Regional Agriculture Economy and Employment in Countryside

Structural reforms in agriculture led to significant changes in countryside population employment, the main share of the job market is now occupied by such forms of individual enterprise, where employment plays secondary role. Taking a region with На примере regionа с трудоизбыточным населением, the article studies reasons of changes in the countryside employment, reveals certain disagreement between the official evaluation of employment and the actual situation, offers mechanisms of acheiving higher farmers' income and more jobs.
