Problems of Regulating Investment Activities in the CIS Republics' Economies During Globalization

The article is dedicated to creating cardinally new mechanisms for regulating the investment activities in the national investment systems of Russia and the CIS republics in globalization. The author shows that in modern environment the national investment systems became an important aspect of global economy development. Having analysed the structural elements of CIS investmetn system, the author concludes that the investment integration is based on acheiving common iterrelated economical, technical, poiltical, social and military targets together.
