Implementing Tariff System in Municipal Solid Wast Management

Main task of the solid waste management fare policy reforms is higher efficiency of the waste management at the stages of collecting (separate collecting of different waste types), trasporting (through waste transfer sites), processing and diposal (better system of burial sites). The author regards the following features as major for creating and implementing the unified tariff for solid waste management: it should be aproved on the regional level to provide equal conditions for all the locations; tariff calculation unit can differ from the payment unit.
