Modelling the Regional Management by Corporate Consolidation of Companies

The article defines the corporate conolidation processes. It studies the conditions triggering these processes, the interrelations between multilevel integration processes in the regional. The corporate conolidation processes are regarded as an open manageable system. The concept of regional management as a system of controlling the corporate integration processes is introduced. It proves the need for conceptual modelling of the regional management system for the structure changes in the newly integrated companies.
