Establish a program of development of foreign economic activity industry based on the prediction of world trends high-tech industries

The regulation of foreign trade activities in the regions with the aim of creating high-tech industries, require the creation and use of information systems for monitoring the scientific and technical sphere of development of external markets. Integrated, systematic use of forecasting tools to determine direction of high technology and to accommodate all the demands of the global market. The article deals with the mechanisms of development of foreign economic activities of industrial regions on the basis of the information field of the innovation process, and proposed methodological basis of forecasting high-tech industries in the region.
